He said: “I but complain of my distress and grief to God; but I know from God what you know not.
He said, ‘I make complaint about my grief and sorrow to Allah alone because I know things from Allah you do not know.
He said: "I merely complain my grief and sorrow to God, and I know from God what you do not know. "
He said, "I present my distress and anguish only to Allah and I know from Allah what you know not. "

He said, "I simply complain to GOD about my dilemma and grief, for I know from GOD what you do not know.

"I only exercise my mind in thought", he said, "and express my grief and deep sorrow to Allah, and I know from Allah what you my sons do not know. "
Jacob replied: "I simply pray to God about my sorrow and grief. You do not know as much as I know about the Lord."
He said: "I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allâh, and I know from Allâh that which you know not.
He said: "I only complain of my distraction and anguish to Allah, and I know from Allah that which ye know not...

Said he, 'I only complain of my emotion and my grief to God, for I know that from God which ye know nothing of.
They said, "By Allah! You will not cease to remember Joseph till your health is ruined or you are of those who perish!"
He said, "Surely I complain of my anguish and my grief only to Allah, and I know from Allah what you do not know.
He answered, I only represent my grief, which I am not able to contain, and my sorrow unto God; but I know by revelation from God that which ye know not.
He said: "I only complain of my (extreme) sorrow and pain to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know.
