O you who heed warning: be patient; and vie in patience; and be steadfast; and be in prudent fear of God, that you might succeed.
You who have iman, be steadfast; be supreme in steadfastness; be firm on the battlefield; and have taqwa of Allah; so that hopefully you will be successful.
O you who believe, be patient and call for patience, and bond together and revere God that you may succeed.
O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Be patient in adversity, outdo others in endurance, and remain united strengthening the bond of mutual brotherhood. Be mindful of your duty to Allah and be assured that your efforts will bear fruit.

O you who have attained to faith! Be patient in adversity, and vie in patience with one another, and be ever ready , and remain conscious of God, so that you might attain to a happy state!
O ye who believe! Endure, outdo all others in endurance, be ready, and observe your duty to Allah, in order that ye may succeed.
Believers, be steadfast, and vie in steadfastness,* stand firm in your faith, and hold Allah in fear that you may attain true success.
O you whose hearts have been touched with the divine hand, in patience you possess your souls. Outdo all others in exercising patience in the face of difficulties and sit, like patience on a monument, smiling at grief and maintain your deeds of wisdom and piety and entertain the profound reverence dutiful to Allah so that Heaven may prosper you.
O’ you who have chosen to believe, stand firm, be patient, be ready and have the utmost respect towards your Lord; may you be successful.
O you who believe! Endure and be more patient (than your enemy), and guard your territory by stationing army units permanently at the places from where the enemy can attack you, and fear Allâh, so that you may be successful.
O ye who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah; that ye may prosper.
O believers! Patiently endure, persevere, stand on guard, and be mindful of Allah, so you may be successful.
O you who believe, be patient, compete with each other in patience, and guard your frontiers and fear Allah, so that you may be successful.
You who believe, be steadfast, more steadfast than others; be ready; always be mindful of God, so that you may prosper.
O believers, be patient, and vie you in patience; be steadfast; fear God; haply so you will prosper.
O ye who believe! be patient and vie in being patient, and be on the alert, and fear God, that haply ye may prosper.
O you who believe! Endure and vie with one another in endurance, and be on the alert, and fear Allah, in order that you may succeed.
O you who have believed, be patient, and vie in patience, and be garrisoned (i. e., Keep a standing army ready to defend you) and be pious to Allah, that possibly you would prosper.
O true believers, be patient, and strive to excel in patience, and be constant-minded, and fear God, that ye may be happy.
O you who believe! Endure and be more patient (struggle on with patience and constancy;) complete in such struggles; — Strengthen each other; And fear Allah; That you may prosper.
O you who believe! be patiently persevering and strive to excel (the disbelievers) in being patiently persevering and guard (the frontiers) and ward off evil, keep your duty to Allâh so that you may attain your goal.
O you who have faith! Be patient, stand firm, and close ranks, and be wary of Allah so that you may be felicitous.
