The Raiser of Degrees, the Owner of the Throne; He casts the Spirit of His command upon whom He wills of His servants, that he might warn of the Day of Meeting:

رَف۪يعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ ذُوالْعَرْشِۚ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ اَمْرِه۪ عَلٰى مَنْ يَشَٓاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِه۪ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِۙ
