And those who deny the proofs of God and the meeting with Him: those despair of My mercy; and those will have a painful punishment.)
Those who reject Allah’s Signs and the meeting with Him, such people can despair of My mercy, such people will have a painful punishment.
And those who rejected God's revelations and in meeting Him, they have forsaken My mercy, and they will have a painful retribution.
And thus it is: Those who deny Allah's Messages and meeting with Him - it is they - who shall abandon all hope of My Grace. And for them is an awful doom. (They disbelieve in the glad tidings and in the Law of Eternal Recompense).

And they who are bent on denying the truth of God’s messages and of their meeting with Him - it is they who abandon all hope of My grace and mercy: and it is they whom grievous suffering awaits .
Those who disbelieve in the revelations of Allah and in (their) Meeting with Him, such have no hope of My mercy. For such there is a painful doom.
Those who disbelieved in Allah's signs and in meeting Him, it is they who have despaired of My Mercy;* it is they for whom a painful chastisement lies ahead.
"And those who denied Allah's divine signs and rejected His divine revelations and the idea of the assemblage before Him in Day of Judgement shall have much to answer for. Such persons lack spiritual connection between their hearts and minds and Allah; they live without expectation of a spiritual desire and Allah alludes to them, thus": "These are they who have despaired of My mercy and shall suffer the torment laid upon the damned"
Those who choose to disregard their Lord’s commands and disbelieve in meeting Him have deprived themselves of My mercy and have subjected themselves to a painful punishment.
And those who disbelieve in the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh and the Meeting with Him, it is they who have no hope of My Mercy: and it is they who will have a painful torment.
Those who reject the Signs of Allah and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter),- it is they who shall despair of My Mercy: it is they who will (suffer) a most grievous Penalty.
As for those who disbelieve in Allah’s signs and the meeting with Him, it is they who will have no hope in His mercy. And it is they who will suffer a painful punishment.
